The credit card from which the amount of the stay will be charged (depending on the chosen rate) must be in the name of the person checking in. Depending on the chosen rate, the remaining amount will be paid at the hotel.

Non-Refundable Rate – Full payment at the time of booking. In case of cancellation or no-show, the full amount will be charged to the valid credit card provided at the time of booking.

CUSTOMER BEHAVIOR:

• The property reserves the right of admission.
• It is forbidden to make changes to the organization of the space and equipment in the rooms and common areas.
• It is forbidden to store dangerous items in the rooms, such as weapons, ammunition, explosives, flammable materials and psychoactive substances.
• During the stay, it is forbidden to make excessive noise that disturbs the rest of other guests and to engage in behavior considered inappropriate.
• Guests must respect the quiet hours: 10:00 p.m. to 08:00 a.m.
• It is strictly forbidden to fail to take care of and respect the hotel’s spaces, and penalties in the form of costs may be applied.
• Guests must respect other guests and the rules of good conduct imposed by Inn Bairro Alto.
• If any items belonging to Inn Bairro Alto are damaged, stolen or lost, we reserve the right to charge the full amount for the damaged/stolen or lost items.
